Ubicada en el Cerro Lucena, representa la cuna de la Congregación. Allí Susana Paz Castillo Ramírez animada por el P. Sixto Sosa y una junta de médicos se colocó al frente del Hospital San Antonio.
Por el mal estado en que se encontraba las instalaciones, ha sido demolida para la construcción de un santuario y una nueva casa hogar, obra puesta en marcha por el gobierno regional del Guárico.
